Plate IV · Integrations & APIs

Data typed twice is data typed wrong once. We connect the systems you already pay for, design APIs your partners can actually use, and make the connections survive timeouts, retries and the occasional malformed CSV.

Questions clients ask

What if the other system has no API?
There is usually a way in: exports, a database replica, email parsing or, as a last resort, careful automation of the interface.
How do you avoid double charges or duplicates?
Idempotency keys, reconciliation jobs and an exception queue a person can review.
