The studio
A small guild
Engineers and a designer who would rather ship one solid thing than five shiny ones.
The Guild. Oil, generated, MMXXVI.
Who holds it up
Asterline Web Services is a small software studio. You talk directly to the people designing and writing your software, from the first call to the years after launch. We take on a few projects at a time, so each one gets our full attention.
Aster is Greek for star, and a line between stars is how a chart turns the sky into something you can steer by. Atlas holds the sky up; we draw the lines.
Principles
- IMeasure twice
We survey before we build. A week of questions saves a month of rework.
- IIA direct line
You talk to the people writing your software, not to an account manager relaying messages.
- IIIBoring where it counts
Proven tools for the parts that must not break. New ideas where they earn their keep.
- IVYour keys
Your code, your accounts, your data, documented. You are never locked in to us.
- VSustineo
Latin for "I hold up". We stay after launch and keep what we built standing.
